We ran the numbers for a sixty seat center. It may help you get a feel for things here. For your info:

If you were to start by leasing in an existing center for 60 seats here your monthly costs would be $65,000 a month plus phone costs. Get started just about immediately!

To start your own sixty seat center in two to four months, you would need to spend $132,000 in ramp up costs. After startup, your monthly expenses should not be higher than $57,000 a month plus phone costs. (60 seater)

These numbers include all deposits, salaries (assumed at 60 people paid $600 a month), electric, internet and security. They do not include phone costs. I did include $100 a seat for an ASP dialer like www.five9.com for your own office solution. We may want to send or purchase a hardware dialer. You may have an existing solution.

The fastest and easiest way to get started with the least amount of risk is by setting up a corporation here that can be owned 100% by Americans (no Filipino partners) by remitting an initial equity investment of $200,000. How it Works.
After we consult with you and learn more about your business and staffing job requirements, we will begin recruiting and interviewing for the position(s). A Call Center Agent speaks fluent English and is computer and web savvy. They will have worked 1 or more years in inbound or outbound call centers.

We fill most positions in 7-14 days, many even faster. We will provide you with resumes upon request, and you can choose who to interview or let us handle it and make recommendations. Once hired, there is a three-day evaluation period for you to evaluate your new employee. After the third day, the status of the employee changes from  “Evaluation” status to “Permanent”. Then your billing will start – after your employee has been tested and evaluated.

If your staffer does not meet your expectations, you can request a new employee – provided that you issue written warnings, so the employee can correct whatever deficiency there may be. This is a rare occurrence. If a staff member is no longer able to work for any reason, we will handle replacing them – and you will not be billed during that period, until the replacement starts and passes the evaluation period.

We supply each employee with a work station, along with Windows and Open Office, it’s your responsibility to provide additional software for your staffer to complete your requested tasks. All software provided by you must be a licensed and legal copy.

Once your employee is working, you will have full direct contact with them using IM Chat, Email, phone or whatever means you choose.
