How Our IT Computer Online Training Works

Our training covers all of Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIAs, Web Development to Soft Skills and Business Skills, even streaming video training in sales and management.  There are well over 2000 courses that are currently available in our full library of training.

Our best value is our Microsoft and Tech General Libraries of which I have all of the courses included in each below at the end of this email for you to look at.  You could get all of those 1140 plus courses for only one price, which won’t break the bank.  So now you can have the training you want and need, but also have everything that you may run into.  Use these libraries as reference material before Googling and drilling through web sites and certainly before paying for tech support with vendors like Microsoft.  That’s why we currently have over 1.5 million students registered on our training servers.

Under Course Tools is where you can take a Skill Assessment, which is a set of 30 questions.  This will tell you what you know before you get started on each course.  You can customize your training according to the results, which gives you the ability to learn just what you didn’t know to get a full set of skills in the area or you can study the entire course.  It’s up to you.

Each lesson is between 25 to 35 pages in length.  We put graphics on the pages to give you a visual of what you’re studying.  This helps you to quickly fully understand what you’re reading.  We know that technical people are visual people and think better with their eyes.

So as you run into acronyms and words that you may not fully understand, you just highlight the word and get a pull down menu with four categories to choose from.

We have a glossary you can go to or you can search the course for additional information.  We also provide Webster’s online dictionary or you can even Google.

Once you have gone through the entire lesson and learned a procedure within the lesson, we immediately take you to a live lab.  This is where you practice what you have learned as you have learned it.

We not only take you step by step, every time you make a mistake we correct it and even freeze the lab so you can’t do anything but next step.  This forces you to learn the procedure in sequence.  On the last step, there is a restart button, push it and you’re back to step one.  Cycle through as many times as you need to build the skill.  After all, you’re paid for your skills.

At the end of each lesson there is a mini test, 3 to 5 questions to consult your understanding of the lesson.  Also at the end of each course there is a post-assessment test.  We are testing you all of the time, this is the only way you really know that you’ve really got it.

All along the way, if you have a question, a misunderstanding or a concern.  We provide you with 24/7 mentoring.  These are real certified instructors.  So whether it’s 2:00 in the afternoon or even 2:00 in the morning, on the weekend or even a Holiday.  With one click of a button, you will have an instructor available to help you out with your studies.

If there is something that you’re looking for within the courses or even a library of courses we provide you with a search engine.  This is a great way to use your training as reference material when you’re on the bench or even on site.

Open Letter Online Retailers Internet Retailers - Sell More on Your Website!

We are PH Web LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia (http://www.pioutsource.com).

How can we work together to improve the customer experience for the visitors on your website.

As Americans in the Philippines, we can successfully help you implement an online live chat strategy with outsourced live chat agents in the Philippines. Use our services yourself, or we can be your third party provider for your clients.
PI Outsource would like to staff your "live chat" to sell or guide your visitors in the direction you choose and provide customer service and sales support.

There is technology available called "website monitoring" see: http://pioutsource.com/contact_center_outsourcing.html .  Our staff can implement and use this technology to connect to every surfer to your website. We can initiate "live chat" sessions and "reach out" to your surfers or we can let your surfers initiate chat to our agents standing by live (24/7).

I know your website has a good amount of visitors everyday. We are convinced that a "live" person can effectively increase all aspects of your web interaction. Face it, the more you can interact with a real human, the higher your acquisition rate. It's not Rocket Science!

We can guide your visitors to product pages (existing or custom) on your website.

We will field general questions from your website's surfers. These questions can be answered by our chat representative immediately or the questions can be referred to you for a future email reply.  With your help (answers to questions we do not know), we can generate a nice FAQ for future use.

Most importantly, if you, or anyone you know is purchasing traffic from Google or any other source, your landing pages will convert at a much better rate with "live-chat" enabled and operators standing by.

You can see the sample operation of a  live chat here: http://www.pioutsource.com/contact_us.html   (If the "chat with us live" icon is not there, try again later, I am currently not manning agents 24/7). Please note this is merely set up to answer questions about our services. Of course, we will customize the look of the chat windows for your site. We can also push any current news, events, promotions to all your website's visitors.

Additionally, we will report to your designated liaison, copies of the content of every chat session via email. This will allow us to improve our service over time with proper feedback from you.

The fee for our services? Only .45 cents per incident! Let's try 100 incidents for $45 and grow from there!

Call US Today! We pay referral fees! Please feel free to email this link to anyone you know who may need reliable, low cost labor. How can we work together?
