Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Will provide software and hardware support for all users.
  • Responsible for completing system and device moves and adds for various Business Units as requested.
  • Will assist other areas of Technology Operation Support Services as needed.
  • Respond to Help Desk Requests for PC service including troubleshooting hardware/software related problems, moves, or repairs in accordance with predefined SLA s
  • Setup new systems including agent images, creating user ID s deploying software.

Requirements:

  • Graduation with any diploma/degree/Microsoft certifications
  • Requires excellent communication skills
  • Ability to react to issues as they arise quickly and logically
  • Must be able to troubleshoot hardware and software related PC problems.
  • Ability to install and configure hardware/software in various PC s
  • Requires working knowledge of electronics, PC s, laptops, printers, and networking in a Windows and Novell environment
  • Requires support knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows
  • 2+ years experience in managing desktop & software issues in a 150+ users setup would be an advantage.
